Our Approach:

Coming Apart

"We must go slowly; there is not much time."
Coming Apart
Finding a life work is a slow process. We provide a place to step back from the demands of the present moment in an unhurried process. We are digging to uncover the treasure of the person’s inner depths that might otherwise be overlooked or unrecognized. A spirit of restful exploration is conducive to discovery.

Listening to your story

"I was intricately woven in the womb"
We open the gift of a person’s life and its unique purpose by listening to their story. By recollecting and gathering together all the strands of memory—the brighter threads of satisfying experiences along with the dark threads as well—colorful patterns are uncovered. Together we can imagine an interwoven whole.

Walking Together as Companions

"Be patient with all that is unsolved in your heart and learn to love the questions."
Coming Apart
Finding direction is a collaborative process; so we always work two-on-one, sitting around the round table as equals, called to be companions. We do not have answers or a single viewpoint; we just ask good questions to open up a new point of viewing.

Transforming Attitudes Toward Work

"Your calling is where your deep gladness and the world’s deep hungers meet."
Our focus is not on “looking for the perfect job.” We are not swept up in societal values for security, money, and status. We see all work as good; therefore almost any position can become a creative palette for the expression of the one unique thing each person can offer—whether the purpose be bringing peace, conserving and sustaining creation, working for equality and justice, or living with compassion for all others
